Counseling Support at School

During in person learning, students may choose to come see the counselor during the school day for a variety of reasons, some being; elevated anxiety, personal situation that is causing distress, concern that is school related, etc. We ask that students come to the office before school, during break, lunch, or after school unless the situation is urgent. If you need to leave class to come see the counselor, please let your teacher know that you are going to the office. If the counselor is with another student, you will be asked to fill out a request form that asks you to choose if you need to be seen that day, that week, or immediately. If you need to be seen immediately, remain in the office and we will assist you as soon as possible.

To see the counselor during distance learning please email her at: rstar@santacruzcoe.org or message her using the same email address on Google Hangouts. She will arrange to meet with you as soon as possible.
